Healthcare Travel: How it Works
It begins with you – you decide what you want out of a traveling career—higher pay, new locations, or more varied experience.
Most travel nurses need at least two years of experience to qualify (rehab therapists can start right after their licensing).
You’ll be matched with a recruiter who’ll help with your application, resume, and interview prep — and guide you on pay, benefits, and housing.
After choosing assignments and interviewing, you’ll be placed and supported throughout: your recruiter helps with housing, benefits, and even tax advice.
Pay is weekly, based on the assignment, and is clearly communicated.
For housing, you can either let Triage arrange accommodations, or take a tax-free stipend and find housing yourself.

When your assignment ends, you can either take a break or immediately start another — it’s up to you.
