Your strengths and experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts required
• Potential need for additional Massachusetts educational certifications
• Background in school-based physical therapy a plus
• Ability to engage with students of varying abilities in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive atmosphere for students and staff

Responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and district requirements
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and other specialists to support student success
• Documenting sessions and progress according to state standards and school guidelines
• Adjusting treatment plans to best serve individual student needs
• Participating in meetings as needed to contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
