KlaymanToskes, a nationally recognized securities arbitration and investment fraud law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. In addition to substantive paralegal responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with client communications, case management, and various legal administrative and office support functions. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes initiative, works independently, and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by telephone and email. Gather, review, organize, and manage client documents. Draft correspondence, engagement agreements, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal documents. Prepare filings for FINRA arbitration, JAMS, AAA, and other forums. Maintain case files in electronic document management systems. Coordinate electronic signatures using Adobe E-Sign Manage secure document exchanges using Dropbox and other file-sharing platforms.. Maintain spreadsheets and case tracking reports. Assist with settlement administration and closing documents. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties. Perform general legal administrative and office support duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or senior legal assistant. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Adobe Sign, Dropbox, and Clio or legal case management software. Experience with FINRA arbitration, securities litigation, or the financial services industry is strongly preferred. Former securities industry experience or FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or 66) are a plus. At a minimum, candidate must have basic knowledge of the concept of investing and standard investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs. Education on advanced topics and complex products will be provided.
