Provide oversight of day-to-day operations of the physician practice, supervising support staff. Ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in the medical facility. Multi‑task by providing direct support, assisting with patient care, handling multiple phone calls, and managing day-to-day operations. Promote teamwork and cohesion among staff members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One year of healthcare office experience, including hands‑on computer knowledge of electronic medical records. Two years of supervisory experience in a medical setting or another professional field. Active CPR certification preferred. Certification or license in a healthcare related field (Nursing, LPN, CMA, Echocardiography, etc.) with current Georgia license or eligibility for Georgia licensure highly desired. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to perform Basic Life Support, CPR, and respond to a patient in cardio/pulmonary arrest. Basic computer skills and knowledge, ability to complete medical charting, including ICD and CPT coding. Ability to work as a member of a team and autonomously. Demonstrates initiative, flexibility with various job requirements, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and perform new tasks. Management and customer service skills with a professional but friendly disposition. Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations. Background Check Contingencies Criminal history check.
