Job Description

Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a Street Cleaner Machine Maintenance technician to join their team. As a Machine Maintenance specialist, you will be the technician to repair and conduct scheduled maintenance on machine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Maintenance

Location: Asheville and West 

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Days- could be 12-15 hr. days

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety standards.

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Can work alone and be productive.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High attention to detail and safety awareness.
