Assistant Designer Position

Iberia Fashion is hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to support our womens Junior, Young Contemporary, and Missy lines. This is an entry level(1+ year experience is enough) and ideal for someone whos trend-aware, organized, and ready to work hands-on in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

What Youll Do

• Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming samples
• Measuring and documenting fit samples at every stage of approval
• Regular communication with overseas factories to support the production lifecycle at every stage
• Creative/trend/color research and development of presentations to support sales meetings

What Were Looking For

• Positive can do attitude and an interest in becoming an integral part of the team

• 1+ year experience in fashion design (internships count if you can show strong work)

• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills (presentation, flats, print placement, clean-ups)

• Working knowledge of technical design basics (garment construction, fit terms, measurements)

• Trend-savvy with a strong eye for the Iberia customer (Junior / Young Contemporary / Missy)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple styles at once

• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
