We are looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Officer who wants to join a stable and growing organization in Littleton, MA . What You’ll Receive as Environmental Health & Safety Officer:

  • Salary: USD $78,208 – $150,000 / yr

  • Work with cross-functional teams across multiple facilities

 

What You’ll Be Doing as Environmental Health & Safety Officer:

  • Implementing and enforcing environmental health and safety policies across facilities

  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all state and local safety regulations

  • Conducting safety inspections and identifying hazards and violations

  • Coordinating corrective actions with internal teams, vendors, and contractors

  • Serving as liaison between employees and outside contractors for safety-related issues

  • Participating in emergency preparedness planning and crisis management teams

  • Developing and conducting EH&S training and maintaining LMS course materials

  • Monitoring incidents, tracking safety data, and preparing reports in coordination with HR

  • Applying for and managing environmental permits, licenses, and compliance documentation

  • Maintaining digital safety records and documentation through SharePoint

  • Coordinating facility safety supplies and standardizing safety-related materials

  • Supporting corporate services reporting and monthly safety initiatives

 

What You’ll Need to Have as Environmental Health & Safety Officer:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental health and safety regulations

  • Ability to understand building plans and facility systems

  • High School Diploma/GED with 20+ years of experience OR
    Associate’s Degree with 14 years of experience OR
    Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience OR
    Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective training and presentation skills

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and perform facility safety inspections
