About the Role
This entry-level Entry Level Account Manager role is perfect for anyone saying “New year, new me” and ready for a career reset or first professional opportunity. You’ll work directly with customers, provide product information, answer questions, and deliver outstanding service in a face-to-face environment.
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.
Responsibilities
Engage face-to-face with customers to represent products and services
Provide excellent customer service and product education
Answer questions and resolve concerns confidently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
Participate in training sessions and professional development
