This role partners with creative and design teams to manage the end-to-end flow of high-stakes creative projects, bringing structure and process to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Manage day-to-day intake, routing, and delivery of creative work across multiple concurrent projects •Own business development proposals and pitches from initiation through final delivery •Serve as the primary liaison between creative stakeholders, graphic designers, and internal teams •Navigate high-volume, fast-moving workflows and create order within a demanding, high-pressure environment •Engage directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders on high-visibility deliverables •Oversee a mix of project types, ranging from high-level stakeholder presentations to event invitations and supporting materials
•8+ years of project management experience in a creative services or agency environment (exceptional candidates with 5-6 years will be considered) •Demonstrated experience supporting or managing business development pitches and proposals •Proven ability to act as a cross-functional liaison between creative teams and non-creative stakeholders •Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for quality control across deliverables •Proficiency in PowerPoint for building and reviewing presentation materials •Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity, or chaotic work environments
