Body Shop ManagerMills Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our body shop operations in the south. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient shop management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.Manage, coach, and develop the body shop team to promote productivity and growth.Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate repair approvals and estimates.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to optimize workflow and budget.Analyze shop performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.RequirementsProven experience managing a body shop or similar automotive repair facility.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of industry repair standards, insurance processes, and safety regulations.Proficiency with estimating software and shop management systems.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work in the US.BenefitsCompetitive salary of $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company matching.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Employee discounts on vehicle services and purchases.About the CompanyMills Auto Group is a trusted family-owned dealership committed to delivering exceptional automotive experiences.
