Job Title: Aluminum/Steel Welder

Location: Chester,PA

Salary/Rate: $18-24

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials
- Perform welding and fitting tasks using various methods such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and stick welding
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate and assemble metal components
- Measure and inspect completed workpieces using precision instruments such as micrometers
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of welds by conducting visual inspections and performing necessary repairs or modifications
- Collaborate with team members to plan and prioritize work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder/fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including FCAW and stick welding
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Ability to solder, weld, and fabricate sheet metal components
- Experience working with ductwork is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
