Job Description

We are looking for serious UI/UX Designers to ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. Every client has different needs that often require the adoption of new technologies and methods. Job duties include:Delivering the best online user experienceCreating wireframes and prototypesIllustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemapsResearch, discovery, and usability testingDesigning graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgetsBuilding interfaces using HTML5 / CSS3Modifying existing Angular appsProviding recommendations and evaluations for new designs and architectureStaying current on new technologies and best practicesWorking in technologies in which you are unfamiliar and learning it as you goREQUIREMENTSWhat we're looking for is someone who is open to new ideas and willing to learn. This position focuses on designing and developing solutions for our new and existing projects. A candidate can be successful in this position if they exhibit:Passion for the work they do.5+ years of UI/UX design experienceExperience creating Wireframes and ProtoypesA portfolio that demonstrates a range and depth of skill designing beautiful and effective software experiencesCurrent knowledge of latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologiesExperience with various design tools like Adobe XD, Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc..), Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOpsHTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs to developersAbility to solve complex problems without assistanceA personality and work style that fits with an agile mindset and cultureDesire and willingness to work on new skills and technologiesStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsOther Requirements:Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)Preferred:Bachelor's degreeUI development experienceSome JavaScript knowledgeABOUT THE COMPANYClearlyAgile is one of the fastest growing Agile companies in the Tampa Bay area.
