A day in the lifeThe Transaction Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting the execution of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Working alongside a dynamic team in Denver, CO, this role manages document flow, coordinates with internal teams and external parties and ensures that key deadlines are met.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate the collection and distribution of due diligence materials for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions.Assist in reviewing leases and rent rolls; help prepare estoppels and SNDA agreements.Utilize systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft to gather data and create property and tenant reports.Maintain internal checklists and update due diligence files for internal teams, lenders, and buyers in a timely and organized manner.Compile property data and assist in preparing packages for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) reports and Offering Memorandums.Organize, track, and maintain comprehensive transaction documentation; flag missing items and follow up on outstanding issues.Support the transaction closing process by coordinating deliverables and ensuring documentation readiness.Assist in scheduling and communicating with third-party consultants conducting due diligence activities.Update Salesforce records with transaction details, timelines, and consultant contacts.Provide general administrative support to the Transaction Management team on special projects and transaction-related tasks.Building blocks for successRequired:2+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction coordination, project management, or a related function.Familiarity with purchase & sale agreements, leases, rent rolls and property inspection reports.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.Customer service mindset and a team player mentality.Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through, always demonstrating tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement.Able to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Yardi, and Peoplesoft.Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors and vendors.Experience with property transactions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers.Hiring Salary Range of: $27.00-$34.00/hr.
