Responsibilities You’ll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux‑Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). You’ll read detailed blueprints, perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical in high‑pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems. Requirements 3+ years of industrial welding experience. Ability to pass bend‑tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux‑Core, 309 wire). Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces. Willing to travel continuously nationwide. Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety. Paid airfare + hotel accommodations.
