Your Role

As a Sales Associate - Entry Level / Hourly , you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product options and service needs while delivering an exceptional experience. No door to door sales .

You will:

• Engage with customers in person to answer product and service questions
• Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic account or product concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
• Stay up to date on the latest products, promotions, and services offered
• Work with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with leadership potential
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

• Guaranteed weekly pay (this means you will always collect a paycheck)
• Bonus and Commissions (Top Earners range from $1500-$2200 weekly)
