Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join an innovative team shaping the future of mobility and connected experiences. This individual will leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover customer needs, identify experience gaps, and influence the development of next-generation products and services. Working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders, the Senior UX Researcher will translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that drive product strategy and user-centered design decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding human behavior, thrives in collaborative environments, and excels at turning complex research findings into meaningful business impact. $60/hr to $71/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
