Position: Social Work Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40–$55/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use day-to-day. Include case notes, assessments, service plans, referrals, progress reports, grant/outcome reports, program narratives, and email threads. Represent platforms like Apricot (Bonterra) , Salesforce Nonprofit , DocuSign , and SharePoint .
• Design multi-step tasks grounded in your real workflows. Require navigation of multiple apps, files, and stakeholders to meaningfully challenge frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with other social-work experts to design the environment, shape task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for social-services agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of full-time experience at a large hospital system , county DHS/DCF , or major nonprofit/behavioral-health organization.
• Day-to-day use of Salesforce Nonprofit , Apricot (Bonterra) , DocuSign , and SharePoint / Box .
• Strong analytical thinking and writing. Able to translate social-work practice into structured task specs.

Preferred

• LCSW / LMSW / equivalent state licensure strongly preferred.
• Background in clinical/medical social work, child/adult protective services, school social work, juvenile-justice social work, macro social work, or substance-use/mental-health program operations.

Compensation & Legal

• This project will transition from an effective hourly rate to a model based on throughput of quality work.
