Teasdale Fenton is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, engage our audience, and support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, content creation, and analytics-and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll play a key role in shaping our online presence, creating compelling content, managing social platforms, and supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Required Skills

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and web traffic metrics
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Certifications in marketing, social media, or digital media
• Experience with photography and videography for marketing purposes

Requirements

• Develop, manage, and execute social media content calendars across multiple platforms
• Research market trends, customer demographics, and buying behaviors to guide marketing strategy
• Monitor social media engagement and optimize content to increase reach and interaction
• Track, analyze, and report on social and digital campaign performance and ROI
• Manage and enhance online reputation through customer engagement, reviews, and messaging
• Collaborate with industry professionals and influencers to expand brand visibility
• Capture and edit photography and video content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools
• Write marketing content for websites, brochures, and owned media channels
• Design flyers, sales materials, and marketing collateral to support the sales team
• Maintain and update marketing databases, spreadsheets, and reports
• Manage inventory of printed materials and coordinate ordering of branded promotional items
• Work with website vendors to review, approve, and maintain accurate, on-brand content
• Assist with planning and executing client and vendor events
• Provide general support to the sales and marketing teams as needed
