Full Time- Cary, NC (On-Site) Opportunity to own and build SEO and paid ads at a growing agency! MRN Web Designs is a growing website development and digital marketing agency focused on building high‑performing websites that drive real business results. We are looking for an SEO and Paid Ads Specialist who can take ownership of search and paid media efforts across our client base and help us build this capability internally. This is an in‑office role in Cary, NC, working closely with our team of designers and developers. You will play a key role in shaping how we approach SEO and paid advertising, with the opportunity to build processes, improve performance, and grow into a leadership role over time. This position is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience running campaigns and is ready for more ownership and influence. What You’ll Do Own SEO Strategy and Execution Plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple client websites Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning Optimize on‑page elements, site structure, and technical SEO Perform audits and implement improvements that drive measurable results Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Manage budgets and improve performance based on data Test ad creative, targeting, and landing page effectiveness Work with the team to ensure campaigns align with conversion goals Build and Improve Processes Help define how MRN delivers SEO and paid ads services Create repeatable workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency Leverage AI tools to improve speed, insights, and output Track Performance and Drive Results Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations Continuously refine strategies based on performance data Collaborate with the Team Work closely with designers and developers during website builds Provide input on SEO, UX, and conversion strategy Contribute to a collaborative, in‑office team environment What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid ads Experience managing campaigns and improving performance over time Strong understanding of on‑page, technical, and local SEO Experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms Comfortable working with analytics tools and tracking performance Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and results Ability to think strategically while also executing day‑to‑day work Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team Self‑starter who takes ownership and follows through Compensation Salary range: dependent on experience 401K Paid Time Off Performance‑based bonus tied to results and growth Opportunity to grow into a senior or leadership role #J-18808-Ljbffr Mrnwebdesigns
