Job Description:


Senior individual contributor role at TCS Interactive Studio in NYC, reporting to the Executive Creative Director. The Senior Designer is a visual craft anchor for the studio: owning typography, color systems, layout, iconography and motion across product, prototype and new business work for Fortune 100 clients. Partners with the Design Director and Executive Design Director on UX architecture and design patterns; builds and evolves design systems at enterprise scale; contributes to pitch prototypes and concepts that win new business; and mentors junior and mid-level designers. AI fluency in the design process is required: generative tools for visual exploration, rapid prototyping and production. Accessibility (WCAG, inclusive design) is a baseline expectation. The role is expected to produce work recognizable by D&AD, Cannes, A juries while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications:


6+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating world-class visual craft across apps, platforms and product experiences. Mastery of visual fundamentals: typography, color, grid, hierarchy, iconography and motion. With the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, Interaction ad UX fluency: has designed flows, states, and systems, not just screens. Collaborates with UX leads as a peer. High-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma, Framer, ProtoPie or code (ideally in Claude Code/Design or similar). Active integration of AI and generative tools in the design process, with a clear POV on where they accelerate craft and where they dont. Experience contributing to new business pitches and presenting work to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior and mid-level designers and run craft reviews.

Location: NYC Onsite

Salary Range $98,700-$133,400 a year
