Job Title: Senior AccountantLocation: White Plains, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after ramp-up)Compensation: Up to $115k DOEPosition OverviewA growing, stable organization is hiring a Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions with a focus on revenue and cost of service. This role offers strong exposure across the business and a clear path to management for someone motivated and hands-on.Key ResponsibilitiesManage revenue recognition and related reporting (ASC 606) Oversee billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes Support month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations Analyze cost of service and assist with margin insights Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (or similar) 4–7 years of accounting experience Experience with revenue and/or cost accounting preferred Strong Excel skills and ERP system exposure PreferredCPA Background in healthcare or similar industry Ideal CandidateHigh-energy, driven, and detail-oriented Strong communicator who works well with others Stable career progression (not a job hopper) Why JoinClear growth path to Manager Collaborative and supportive team Expanding company with long-term stability Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
