Must haves:
-3 years of experience in a team lead/supervisor position in healthcare security
- Experience managing a large team of officers
- Experience managing a shift
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid Georgia driver's license
- Clean driving record
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proficiency in security technology, including surveillance systems, access control, and emergency management
-Ability to write complete, accurate, and concise incident reports
-Ability to function independently
-Sound judgement and confidentiality in handling of sensitive information
-Advanced problem solving and crisis management capabilities
-Ability to remain calm and composed under stress

Job description:
Responsible for overseeing day to day operations and managing a shift consisting of 15-20 officers. Operating and driving vehicles throughout the organization as needed. Patrol assigned locations on foot or in a vehicle. Check and report irregularities related to security & safety, policy compliance, parking concerns, and other relevant issues. Preserve order and enforce directions for patients, visitors, etc. Act as the first responder to incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, security threats, disaster, and other emergencies. Respond to and intervene in high stress situations such as assistance calls from officers/medical staff, patient elopements, physical assaults, behavioral health de-escalations, and abductions. Investigate incidents reported. Write clear, accurate, and concise incident reports that record the entire investigation to include photographs and timelines. Conduct subject interviews and record statements accurately
