This is for you if:

• You have minimum 12 months pure outbound SDR experience with full deal ownership
\n
• You’ve worked in a real startup hunter environment
\n
• 150+ dials per day is your baseline
\n
• You understand volume + strong data = serious money
\n
• You want autonomy, not babysitting
\n
• You handle rejection professionally and keep moving
\n
• You care more about performance than logos
\n

In this role, you’ll:

• Work alongside an A* NYC hunter team

• Dial 150+ high-intent cold calls daily
\n
• Build and manage your own multi-channel pipeline
\n
• Operate with full desk ownership
\n
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue benchmarks
\n
• Turn performance directly into income
\n
