Experience in Large Scale Food Production (Preferred) Good Physical Condition Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner. Assumes responsibility for regularly replenishing food supply offered during service periods. Assists in the daily clean-up of the kitchen and service areas. Performs major cleaning of refrigerators and storerooms at regularly scheduled intervals as designated by the food service supervisor. Assumes responsibility for storage and disposal of unused foods. Occasionally prepare and serve meals outside of the regular school day for special events. Frequent standing, walking, gripping, bending and twisting. Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Frequently lift ten pounds and occasionally lift up to fifty pounds. Consistent and regular attendance is essential for this position. Performs all duties in accordance with federal, state and local safety standards. 28 hours a week, Tues-Fri during the school year, some Mondays when school is in session. Most likely the shift would be 6:30 AM-1:30 PM. Job begins the 2026-2027 school year, around August 12, 2026.
