What We Seek:

• Current and valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license is required
• Willingness to secure additional Massachusetts educational certifications, if necessary
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Adaptable approach and strong communication with students, staff, and guardians
• Must be comfortable working onsite and independently managing a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) and school team recommendations
• Assess and document student progress, developing intervention strategies aligned with educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and family members to maximize student participation and independence in school activities
• Provide input and recommendations in multidisciplinary meetings
• Maintain compliance with all state and district protocols and documentation requirements
