Job Description

A contract position is available for a Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school settings. This role is located in Mount Morris, NY, and is designed for a professional skilled in delivering physical therapy services to students within an educational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation.
• Document therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services.
