Job Description Recruiter Needed for one of the top Allstate insurance agencies in the country located in McKinney, TX. I'm looking for a self‑motivated individual with high energy, excellent leadership skill and the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. A successful recruiter would be able to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; developing hiring processes and guidelines; and conducting basic HR functions as required.
