Sales Manager – Chevrolet / Hyundai Dealership

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to help lead our Chevrolet and Hyundai sales operations. This role is responsible for driving new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance, managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maximizing profitability across both brands.

The ideal candidate is a leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a strong presence on the showroom floor and in the deal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals


• Oversee daily sales operations for both Chevrolet and Hyundai new and used vehicle sales


• Monitor lead management, follow-up processes, and CRM activity to ensure strong conversion rates


• Develop sales consultants to build a high-performing team


• Maintain manufacturer standards for both Chevrolet and Hyundai programs and processes


• Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up


• Manage inventory recommendations based on market demand and turn rates


• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement


• Work collaboratively with upper management on forecasting and planning

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales leadership and hitting performance targets


• Experience with CRM and lead management systems (VinSolutions or similar preferred)


• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills


• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
