Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the development of large B2B sales channels, with a strong focus on offline retail partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in major retail sales, preferably within the toy industry, and possesses the ability to establish and expand relationships with key retail partners. While online sales experience is a plus, the primary focus of this role is on offline B2B channel growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to build and expand relationships with large B2B retail partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new offline sales opportunities in the toy industry and related sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in big retailers or the toy industry.
- Proven ability to develop and scale B2B sales channels, with a strong focus on offline retail.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in online sales is a plus.
