We appreciate your interest in our open position, please thoroughly review prior to applying. We are working with a growing, luxury winery to find a qualified Regional Sales Manager for the Western States to complement their team.

The RSM is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Company within the assigned territory. The role works closely with distributor partners and key accounts to achieve depletion and revenue goals while protecting the prestige, positioning, and long-term value of the portfolio.

Candidate MUST Meet All Minimum Requirements, not a full list:
Live in California, preferably southern
Authorized to work in the US.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
•  Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the LUXURY wine industry
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
•  Demonstrated experience working within the three-tier distribution system
•  Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets
- experience working with SWGS luxury divisions a plus
•  Demonstrated experience building and developing relationships with top-tier on and off-premise luxury accounts in the territory
•  Passion for fine wine and a strong understanding of the luxury wine market
•  Strong presentation and communication skills
•  Ability to influence and motivate distributor partners and trade accounts
•  Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•  Approximately 50%+ travel required
