Overview We are a fence company looking for independent fence contractors for residential installations. We are expanding our customer base and are hiring multiple independent contractors to help us accommodate growth. Responsibilities Install residential fence projects (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link) as independent contractor crews. Communicate with homeowners throughout the project: at the start to confirm layout, during installation to address issues, and at completion to verify customer satisfaction. Qualifications At least 2 years of residential fence installation experience for wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link products. Each contractor crew must be able to provide FEIN, general liability, commercial auto & workers' compensation insurance. Daily access to a work truck and all necessary tools to complete projects. Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented work ethic. Comfortable communicating with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle. Availability and Requirements The fencing season is predominantly March through October, but installations occur year-round. Independent contractors are expected to handle a high volume during peak months and have work available in fall and winter. Contractors are not required to work exclusively with our company.
