You’ll play a key role in shaping a strong, diverse talent pipeline while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture a proactive pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with a focus on skills, potential, and culture alignment
• Partner closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles
• Evaluate candidates through structured screening and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience
• Consistently meet performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline development

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are a plus
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
