We are looking for a detail-oriented Transaction And Listing Coordinator to support our agents by processing transaction paperwork, keeping our systems up to date, and managing listing documentation and marketing support.
Unlike traditional transaction coordinator roles, our agents manage timelines, deadlines, and scheduling. Your focus is on accuracy, organization, and ensuring all files and listings are complete and compliant.
