Working remotely on a contract basis, the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will manage data entry and transaction processing, ensuring timely creation and accuracy of sales transactions while providing agent support as needed. Key responsibilities Coordinate data and documents for prompt transaction creation and accurate uploads into internal systems Utilize tasks and checklists to manage transaction stages, ensuring file compliance and completion of action items Process listings, sales, leases, and referrals efficiently while calculating and preparing commission disbursement authorizations Required qualifications 2 years of experience in Real Estate or a related role, with familiarity in Real Estate terminology 2 years of prior Customer Service or Administrative Support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transaction management software is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conflict resolution abilities
