Salary: Up to $60,000

Property Accountant

Location: Aiea, HI
Pay: Up to $60,000 annually

A growing property management team in the Aiea area is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to support accounting functions for a local property portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed accounting work, working with a collaborative team, and supporting the financial operations behind commercial or residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP, AR, tenant allocations, deposits, and account reconciliations
• Assist with GET filings, property taxes, management fees, fund transfers, and 1099 support
• Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and variance reviews
• Support owner and tenant accounting inquiries
• Maintain accurate accounting records for assigned properties

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Property management or real estate accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills
