This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, likes helping others stay organized, and is comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed. The Administrative Assistant will provide support across leadership and all areas of the organization./ppIdeal candidates are self-starters who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment./ph3Administrative Office Support/h3ulliGreet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area/liliAnswer phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries/liliSupport the CEO and COO with administrative projects and day-to-day tasks/liliSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams/liliOrganize documents, maintain records, and keep systems updated/liliAssist with office organization, supply ordering, and general operational needs/li/ulh3Communication Coordination/h3ulliDraft and distribute internal announcements, reminders, and updates/liliSupport clear and professional communication across the organization/liliAssist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and company events/liliHelp track follow-ups, tasks, and ongoing projects/li/ulh3Technology IT Support/h3ulliProvide basic tech support (minor troubleshooting, system issues)/liliPrepare devices and appropriate system access for new hires/liliSupport virtual meeting setup and troubleshooting/liliMaintain organized records of equipment and user access/li/ulh3Marketing Creative Support/h3ulliAssist with creating and scheduling social media posts/liliSupport development of flyers, promotional materials, and internal graphics/liliAssist with marketing and recruiting content as needed/liliHelp ensure company materials remain consistent and professional/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree/lili1-2 years of applicable administrative experience/liliOpen to recent graduates and entry-level candidates/liliComfortable learning and troubleshooting technology systems/liliExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Canva, and SharePoint is a plus/liliStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask/liliPositive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help wherever needed/liliAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment/li/ulh2Additional Details/h2ulliFully on-site, Monday Friday in Timonium, MD/liliHours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM/liliSalary: $50,000/year/li/ul/div
