Picker / Packer
Pay Rate (Depends on Shift):

• $19.50/hour – 1st Shift
• $20.50/hour – 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Position Summary
Our client is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Picker Packers to support fast‑paced order pulling. This role is critical to meeting tight customer deadlines , ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining high productivity standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline‑driven environment and takes pride in efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick and collect products from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications
• Verify accuracy and quality of items prior to packing or staging for shipment
• Pack, stage, or prepare orders to meet shipping requirements and deadlines
• Use warehouse tools and equipment safely, including RF scanners and pallet jacks
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including pick rate and order accuracy
• Support overall warehouse operations to ensure on time order fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse, picking, or distribution experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines
• Willingness to work any of the available shifts
