Join Our Palm Coast Team as a Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physician – A Role Designed for You

We are hiring for a  nocturnist  position. A  nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our established team of 20 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) at AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, many of whom are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Benefit from strong leadership and a clinical performance nurse who supports our team.
• Palm Coast is a friendly, laid-back beach community with an outstanding work-life balance. Our team enjoys outdoor activities with family and is just five minutes from the beach.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• We proudly sponsor H1B & J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling options, including  nocturnist shifts, are available to support work-life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed.
• We value flexibility, allowing you to spend time outdoors or with your family while fulfilling your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team.
• ICU is closed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 – $335,000, based on experience and performance.
