Job Description

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a Physical Therapist with TexPTS, you will provide evidence-based, individualized care to a diverse patient population, helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic, neuromuscular, and post-surgical conditions, developing and progressing plan-of-care strategies tailored to each patient’s goals. Working within our collaborative, outcome-focused environment, you will perform comprehensive examinations, create and implement treatment plans, deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs, and provide gait, balance, and functional training. You will document all care accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical record system, track measurable outcomes, and communicate regularly with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care. At TexPTS, you will be part of a culture that emphasizes excellence in patient care, innovation in treatment, and teamwork. You will be encouraged to integrate current research, clinical guidelines, and best practices into your daily treatment decisions. You will educate patients and families on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery. In this dynamic work environment, you will manage a productive caseload while maintaining high-quality, one-on-one interactions, adhering to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with colleagues across specialties, participate in case discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the patient experience and clinical outcomes. TexPTS offers a supportive setting with strong opportunities for professional growth. As a Physical Therapist, you can expect access to ongoing continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities to develop areas of clinical specialization, such as orthopedics, sports medicine, or vestibular rehabilitation. You will have the chance to participate in internal training, quality improvement projects, and potentially precept students or new graduates as your experience grows. This position is based in a clinic setting in Texas, providing hands-on, in-person care to patients in a modern, well-equipped facility. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement options, support your long-term career development and well-being while you focus on delivering exceptional care and superior patient outcomes.
