Role Description Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Manana Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is comfortable balancing both professional and personal responsibilities. The position will support day-to-day operations for the growing startup, assist with personal tasks, and help coordinate care and logistics for her older parents, for whom she is the primary caregiver. Key Responsibilities Manana Customer Service: Manage communications for a startup, including responding to customer inquiries and acting as a customer support representative Manana Admin: Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and general administrative tasks Founder Personal: Coordinate appointments, logistics, and support for caregiving responsibilities for older parents Founder Personal: Handle personal errands and occasional local tasks (mileage reimbursed) Founder Personal: Jump in as needed to support evolving priorities across work and personal life Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone Compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse needs and situations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with frequent context switching and shifting priorities Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative Dependable and responsive with excellent follow-through High level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive personal and business information Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Additional Requirements Bachelor's Degree Must be willing to undergo a background check Hours: ~5 hours per week (up to 30 hours per month) Pay: $15/hour Location: Primarily remote, with occasional local errands in Nashville (mileage reimbursed) #J-18808-Ljbffr Manana
