In this role, you'll partner with the People and Culture team and organizational leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance our workplace culture. You'll be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing complex data sets, designing intuitive reporting solutions, and presenting findings that influence key HR initiatives. Your work will support talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness through thoughtful analysis and storytelling with data.This is a remote role that must be located in one of the following metro areas: Dallas, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO or Louisville, KY.The salary range for this position is $47,172 - $80,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.Applications for this position will be accepted until Friday, August 29, 2025.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships and collaborate with People and Culture teams, HR Business Partners, and organizational leaders to solve challenges and provide high-quality data that supports data-informed decision-making.Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, connect findings, and make strategic, creative recommendations aligned with organizational goals.Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of easy-to-understand reporting solutions (e.g., dashboards, metrics, reports) to track actuals, predict future needs, and highlight areas of focus that inform and support People and Culture programs, talent development, and organizational culture.Prepare and deliver effective, high-quality presentations that clearly summarize and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations.Lead conversations to clarify metrics, definitions, and required dimensions from a business-facing perspective. Build credibility and alignment with stakeholders through clear, timely, and proactive communication.Support the evolution of organizational culture by analyzing and identifying key drivers from organization-wide surveys, including engagement, exit, onboarding, and other data collection methods, with a focus on implementing insights and feedback.May perform other job duties as assigned.What you'll need to haveMinimum of 2 years of experience working with HCM systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas and tables).What would be nice for you to haveExperience with Visier and Qualtrics.Experience partnering with technical teams and working with data warehousing.Experience working in a Human Resources setting.Excellent presentation skills.Strong understanding of people data metrics.BenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid maternity leavePaid paternity leaveTuition assistanceDisability insuranceAt Jack Henry, we know we are better together.
