The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position has variety of responsibilities, including preparing, filing and serving pleadings, researching case-related factual issues and managing case-related organization. The position requires a solid understanding of federal litigation with experience filing pleadings on NextGen CM/ECF. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel and must be able to multitask with attention to detail.
