Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote, U.S. Only

Compensation: Performance-Based 1099 Compensation (Subcontractor)

• Typical earning potential of approximately $3,000 - $5,000+ per month
\n
• Compensation is based on held meetings, opportunity quality, and closed-won bonuses
\n
• No guaranteed salary or hourly pay
\n
• Paid biweekly based on approved performance results
\n

Daily Responsibilities

\n
• Cold-call prospective businesses, with a target of 150+ outbound calls per day
\n
• Ask qualifying questions to determine whether the prospect is a good fit for Ringible
\n
• Identify the decision-maker or appropriate point of contact
\n
• Understand basic business needs, pain points, and current provider challenges
\n
• Confirm genuine interest in speaking with Ringible
\n
• Request the prospect's current telecom/VoIP provider invoice when appropriate to help confirm existing services, features, and options
\n
• Schedule qualified sales meetings for the Ringible Sales Team
\n
• Document key prospect information and hand the opportunity off to the Sales Team
\n
