Position Type: Full-Time | Orthopedic Spine Surgery
We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a reputable, patient-centered orthopedic group in the Metro Detroit area. This role is ideal for a surgeon who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and long-term reputation over transactional practice models. You will work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and a strong clinical support team committed to delivering exceptional spine care.
Spine Surgical Procedures — Perform a full spectrum of orthopedic spine surgeries with a proven track record supported by surgical logs.
Call Coverage — Participate in a shared call rotation (approx. 8–10 shifts per month).
Collaborative Care — Work closely with orthopedic partners, RNs, PAs, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Clinical Leadership — Partner with practice leadership to support departmental goals, quality initiatives, and potential research interests.
Professional Standards — Maintain the highest levels of integrity, communication, and patient-centered decision-making.
Production-based RVU model with competitive earning potential.
Strong support for surgical volume across Metro Detroit, including access to multiple OR locations.
Malpractice coverage provided by the organization.

Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
