This individual would be responsible for supporting department coordinators with the coordination and other associated responsibilities of various surgeon education events (Virtual/Live/Blended) and their related expenses. Key Responsibilities Assist Coordinators with assigned Surgical Education event activities and related communications Update and maintain Sales information on Ten24 (department software) Update Pronto Forms with Sales information as needed Track and report (monthly) event attendance and related expenses, as well as ad hoc analysis and other Surgical Education related reporting Assist Sr. Coordinator with invoicing and auditing of the Education Speaker Programs (ESP) and other ad hoc responsibilities associated with ESP’s and Pronto Forms Collaborate in the creation/revision of Surgical Education related collateral and uploading into Veeva (approval software-based system) as requested by the Surgical Education team. Create honorarium and travel invoices for KOLs Skills Required Team player with excellent communications skills (written and verbal, proofreading skills). Digital experience preferred. Excellent writing skills. Attention to detail is paramount! Excellent computer skills - Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office is essential. Webcast/Webinar experience a must.
