Node JS Developer


Location: Fort Worth, TX (F2F Interview)


Client: VenusGeo / American Airlines


Rate: $60/Hr on C2C

COMMENT

• These positions will follow the onsite hybrid requirements of being onsite in DFW 3 days a week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.
• There will be 2 interview rounds - 1st will be virtual (video), 2nd will be onsite in DFW.

7 years' overall experience, Advanced skills in front-end development with Angular (hands on experience on a development project), Advanced skills in Node.js and MongoDB (hands on experience on a development project), Advanced skills with Microservices

JOB DESCRIPTION

• As a Senior Software Developer, you'll be instrumental in crafting our leading-edge web applications.
• This role demands a blend of designing, developing, and deploying software solutions utilizing a modern tech stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and design scalable, secure, and robust software solutions.
• Develop front-end development with Angular, ensuring interfaces are responsive and aesthetically pleasing.
• Develop back-end services with Node.js, Typescript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB heightened application performance.
• Engage with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Dynatrace, and Mezmo to ensure optimal application performance.
• Drive comprehensive testing strategies using tools like Cypress and Jest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature definition, design, and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Proactively stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 7 years' overall experience
• Advanced skills in front-end development with Angular (hands on experience on a development project)
• Advanced skills in Node.js and MongoDB (hands on experience on a development project)
• Advanced skills with Microservices

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced skills in Typescript and Apollo GraphQL (hands on experience on a development project)
• Experience with AKS, Dynatrace, Mezmo
• Experience with GIT, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Azure Service Bus
• Familiarity with Cypress, Jest, or similar testing tools is advantageous
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities
