Role Description This part-time growing into fulltime with possible expansion as a employee-based business with on-site roles, with management and expansion opportunities is located in Kittery, ME, and beyond, involves working as a Neurofeedback Mental Health Practitioner. The practitioner will assess clients’ mental health needs, deliver neurofeedback therapy, and provide emotional support to promote well-being and personal growth. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with fellow mental health professionals, maintaining accurate records, and tailoring treatment plans based on clients’ needs and progress. May involve travel. Qualifications Expertise in Social Work and Community Mental Health practices. Proficiency in Mental Health Care and Mental Health-related therapies. Foundational knowledge and practical skills in Psychology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with neurofeedback therapy and QEEG assessments is a strong plus with additional training opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields preferred.
