Job Description
The Medical Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone inquiries and timely patient check-ins and check-outs. This role requires proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for appointment scheduling, referral entry, and fax management. The receptionist ensures smooth communication between the front and back offices while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
