Willis Johnson Wealth is seeking creative and motivated college Juniors and Seniors to join our Marketing and Business Development team for a Fall Internship in our Houston office. This internship provides hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling within a growing wealth management firm. Interns will work alongside experienced team members on meaningful projects that support the firm’s marketing strategy, business development efforts, and client communication initiatives. This is not a traditional coffee and errands internship. Interns will contribute directly to real marketing initiatives, gain exposure to the financial services industry, and develop practical skills in marketing strategy, content production, and digital marketing execution. Throughout the fall, interns will have opportunities to collaborate with team members across the firm, receive mentorship, and participate in company events and team building activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling social media content calendars Design and create digital content for social media and marketing campaigns Conduct competitor research and analyze digital marketing trends including SEO, email marketing, webinars, and digital advertising Support business development initiatives through email campaigns, outreach, and marketing materials Assist with creating marketing collateral including infographics, presentations, social media graphics, and short‑form video content Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and improve content across multiple channels What We Are Looking For Self Starter You take initiative, own your work, and proactively look for ways to contribute.
