Function Description
As a Marine Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our dredging equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our fleet, directly impacting project success and company growth.

Take charge of equipment inventory and locations on your assigned dredge.
Collaborate with the Vessel Manager on a two-and-one rotation schedule.
Oversee the comprehensive repair and maintenance program for all on-site equipment.
Work closely with the Technical Coordinator to manage work orders and critical spares.
Monitor all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to ensure peak performance.
Help coordinate logistics for essential repairs and exciting equipment upgrades.
Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, contributing to a better future.

Requirements
You'll bring your 15 years of equipment repair and maintenance expertise to tackle diverse challenges daily, ensuring our marine operations run smoothly. You'll leverage your strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, implementing preventative maintenance strategies to keep our fleet in top shape. Your excellent communication and mentoring abilities will shine as you collaborate with your team and guide junior technicians, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment. Expect to travel to exciting project locations, working away from home for extended durations, where your reliability and motivation will be key to our success. You'll consistently apply your analytical skills to optimize equipment performance and uphold stringent safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for everyone.
